Jiangsu Released Development Plan for Talent
East China’s Jiangsu province has issued its scientific and technological innovation plan for 14th Five-Year plan period, according to a press conference held by the provincial government on Wednesday.
Jiangsu has set forth new plans and new goals by focusing on high-level technology, and self-reliance.
By 2025, Jiangsu will basically build an industrial technology innovation center with global influence with its main innovation indicators reaching the medium and above level of the world standards so as to promote the strong development of independent innovation capabilities, innovation system coordination, and innovation and entrepreneurship ecology
Provincial Policy guidance Program
Belt and Road Innovation Cooperation Project Support universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises in the province, in response to the “Belt and Road” initiative, to “Belt and Road” related countries to carry out transnational joint R & D, technology transfer transformation. Give priority to supporting technical achievements in cooperative countries to achieve application demonstration, promote our province technology or products out.
Application units shall be universities and scientific research institutions that have national or Jiangsu key laboratories, international joint research centers / joint laboratories recognized by national ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as enterprises with strength and good cooperative foundation
Zhejiang Province Thousand Talent Program
